From the moment I first attended the Hospital I was treated with great kindness and respect and, not for a moment was I left wondering what I should be doing or where I should be. This helped to ease any anxiety I may have felt and I was taken in hand by nurses and informed of the timing for my operation so that I felt someone was always in control of the situation.

The team at Nuffield are a credit to the profession. They are efficient, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. form the Doctors , nursing staff to the cleaning team and kitchen staff they all are so pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend using this hospital and will always remember my time with them. A BIG thank you to all who helped my get through my operations

This hospital and its staff from cleaners to consultants was an amazing experience. It was clean, well prepared for me arriving, instructions clear and understandable for my operation. The preparation before being admitted was impressive. During my stay I was treated like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble, aside from the fact I was in a hospital for an operation, it was like a hotel. It did not feel clinical and I was although terrified of being a patient, and going for surgery, very much put at ease. The infection rates would appear to be low from what I am led to believe, and I had a short hospital stay which suited me. There is open visiting and good parking. There is no expensive parking charges, and long waits to find a space which can add to the stress. Finally, it appears that from cleaner to consultant they all do their job exceedingly well.

My care was great from all the team at the Nuffield Derby. Everyone from the reception to the nurses and cleaners were all polite and professional. All the nurses were very communtive and helpful during my recovery and nothing was too much trouble. I had breast augmentation by Mr Amit Goyal at the Nuffield Hospital Derby in June 16 I received good professional care by all the staff there. I was discharged after my procedure and I was given a telephone number and told to contact the hospital if I had any problems. Whilst I was back home I became ill in the middle of the night as I had a reaction to the antibiotics I was given. They gave me advice over the phone and I was later re-admitted and they sorted me out I cannot fault their care and attention and would recommend Nuffield Hospital Derby for my friends and family
